Integrated platform structure
The Polyester Upholstered Platform Bed use slatted frames or whole board structures, without the need for additional spring boxes, and the support force of the bed is more evenly distributed. The load-bearing structure is reinforced by a solid wood or metal main frame, and the overall static load-bearing capacity reaches more than 300kg, which is about 30% higher than that of traditional beds. This integrated platform design can effectively reduce the subsidence and structural deformation of the mattress, extend the service life of the mattress, and reduce the probability of bed shaking.

Easy to Maintain
The surface of the headboard and bed frame is covered with polyester fiber fabric (Polyester Fabric), which has a weaving density of more than 200D and a friction fastness that reaches the national standard level 4. It is not easy to pill or fade in daily use. Polyester has good anti-fouling ability, and it is not easy to penetrate into the fiber after contact with water. The surface can be wiped directly with a wet cloth, which is more convenient for cleaning and maintenance.

High-density filling
The internal filling of our headboard uses 35D high-density sponge, with a compression permanent deformation rate of <5%, and has good resilience and support. Even if it is used for a long time, the structure can still remain full and not collapsed. The height of the soft-padded bed head is generally controlled between 95cm and 110cm, which meets the needs of human sitting and can provide stable back support.

Closed frame design
Our bed frame adopts a fully enclosed design, and soft cushioning is added to the corners to effectively prevent bumps. The height of the bed edge is designed to be between 25cm and 35cm, which is suitable for most mattress thickness combinations on the market, without the need for additional bed frame heightening. The closed structure can also prevent the mattress from moving and enhance the overall stability of the bed.
